Inclusive Movement CIC is a Lincoln based not for profit that makes fitness accessible for people who are often left out of traditional gyms.
We deliver safe, supportive sessions for children and young people, adults with learning difficulties, and people living with neurological conditions. Sessions are coached with care, adapted to the individual, and focused on building confidence, strength, independence and wellbeing.
We work in partnership with local organisations and run our programmes from CR Fitness in Lincoln so participants get a welcoming environment, quality equipment, and a community that backs them. Our mission is simple: remove barriers, create opportunity, and help more people move better, feel better and live better.

Our Programmes
Everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, welcome, and capable. Our sessions are structured, coach led and tailored to the individual, whether you want to build strength, improve mobility, increase fitness, or simply feel more confident being active.
We offer small group and one to one support, with clear progression and a focus on consistency.

Supportive sessions for children and teens including SEN, helping build confidence, coordination, strength and routine through fun structured training.

Small group sessions designed to be clear, supportive and social, building independence, fitness and confidence at a pace that feels right.

Movement focused sessions for people living with neurological conditions and other long term health needs, prioritising safety, function and progress.

One to one coaching for anyone who wants extra support, a quieter environment, or a programme tailored to their needs and goals.
